Check In: 3pm Check Out: 11am
Please note, this is strictly enforced. If you check out later than 11am you will incur an additional charge. Late check-out may be arranged for an additional fee.

Payment Policies : 50% is due upon signing contract. The balance is due 30 days prior to the rental date. Reservations made within 30 days are to be paid in full.

Credit card transactions will be charged a 3% processing fee.

Security Deposit : Security deposit is required for all rentals and will be used to cover any damages, additional cleaning and/or unpaid fines caused during your rental.

Monthly, Seasonal & Long Term Rentals: Rates do not include utilities. Renter is responsible for utilities during the rental period.

Linens : Linens are not provided but linen service may be arranged for an additional fee. Should you choose to bring your own linens don't forget sheets, pillow cases and towels.

Cleaning: Normal cleaning is included in the rental rates. Should the rental unit require excessive cleaning, an additional fee will be charged.

Fireplaces and Grills: Firewood is not included. Fireplace logs and bundles of wood can be purchased at local stores in the area. Additionally, propane is not provided for homes with gas grills. Charcoal grills are prohibited.

Occupancy: The maximum occupancy is listed on each rental home. Rental units may not be occupied by more than the number listed.

Parking: Two parking spaces are provided for each unit. Extra vehicles may park in designated areas.
